A large Regional Health Care Organization was searching for a Print on Demand solution that would allow their field representatives to build Custom Benefit Summaries for each of their clients, on-line, and to have those summaries produced overnight in full color.

ColorCentric provides a solution that includes:

1. Automatically pulling custom pdf files and order data from the web and sending the files directly to the iGen3 for full color print production.



2. Parsing the order file and printing custom order tickets that carry order specific information that is used by a local offset printer for picking off-the-shelf items and collating them with the benefit summary for binding.



3. Printing all orders that arrive by 4:30 pm for an 8:30 am pick-up.



4. Printing quantities that range from a single benefit summary to 2,500 at the same cost.



5. Custom reporting that provides order specific information back to the Healthcare Company.
