Ernest G. Weber - Director of Manufacturing has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur. Mr. Weber graduated from RIT with a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude Degree in Mechanical Engineering with graduate work toward a Masters Degree in the same field. As a co-founder of Quality Measurement Systems, Inc., many innovative state of the art measurement products were brought to market, not the least of which was the world's first portable digital electronic micrometer.
In the early 1980's, Mr. Weber founded Verax Systems, Inc. to develop and manufacture sophisticated computerized data collection systems and software for real time statistical process control. Mr. Weber's expertise lies in metrology, the art of precision measurement, process and quality control and advanced manufacturing techniques. In 1999, Moore Process Automation of Spring House PA purchased Verax for its expertise in real time statistical process control. The following year, Siemens Corporation, based in Germany, purchased Moore for its expertise in real time manufacturing automation and process quality.
