Our clients have the right to reject printed material if they do not meet their quality standards. ColorCentric Corp. will replace or repair them with acceptable product within 2 working days.

    Any quality issues or concerns will be forwarded to the clients Project Manager at ColorCentric Corp. and a written response with corrective actions will be returned to the client within 5 business days.
